Two founders. One standard.
Rachel built the medicine and the standard of care. Andrew built the operation and the growth. Together they turned one clinic, opened weeks before COVID, into an award-winning, multi-location brand.
Why we started Command Practice Partners
Rachel wanted a clinic that truly respected women and gave them genuine care. No practice she could find met that standard, so we built New U from scratch and opened in February 2020, just as the world shut down.
We grew it by getting the foundation right: the numbers, the systems and the team. Along the way, other owners kept asking how we did it. Most of them were brilliant at their craft and exhausted by the business.
Command Practice Partners is our answer. The same system we run on our own practice, run on yours, with us beside you.
Founder & CEO
Andrew Fidino
FP-C, NRPAndrew spent more than 20 years as a firefighter/paramedic and became a board-certified critical care flight paramedic, where every decision is made under pressure and every second counts. He went on to teach critical care and emergency medicine internationally to physicians, nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and paramedics.
As co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of New U, he built the business side: operations, marketing, growth and franchise development. He brings the same discipline to every practice he partners with: calm under pressure, clear command, and decisions made from the numbers.
