- Information you give us when you book a call or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and your answers to a few questions about your business.
- Business information you share with us later, such as your Snapshot answers. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any patient or client health information.
- Basic site usage data, such as pages visited, collected in aggregate through privacy-focused analytics that do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your call, and to send confirmations and reminders.
- To prepare for your call and, if you choose, your Snapshot and Reveal.
- To reply to you and, if you work with us, to deliver our services.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our scheduling tool (Calendly), email and file systems (Microsoft 365) and website host (Cloudflare), and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or opt out of any emails, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
