Who do you work with?

How is this different from hiring a med spa consultant?
Most consultants advise. We are owner-operators who run our own award-winning practice, and we stay with you every week while the fixes go in. Your numbers run through the same system we use on our own business.
How fast will I see results?
We start with quick wins: money already in your building, like overdue clients, unused packages and consults that never booked. Many of those can be put in place within days. Every result is tracked weekly so you can see it yourself. Results depend on putting the fixes in place, and we can't promise a specific number.

Do I need to send my financial statements before the first call?
No. The first call needs nothing. The Snapshot uses simple questions you can answer from memory, and best guesses are fine.
Do you handle clinical or compliance questions?
No. We focus on the business. Anything involving clinical scope, delegation, supervision or compliance goes to your medical director and a healthcare attorney in your state.
Do you work with practices outside the Pacific Northwest?
Yes. We work with owners nationwide by video, with weekly check-ins and a clear plan your team can follow.
